The Butterfly Factory is a small business creating upcycled handmade sketchbooks, journals, gifts, artworks etc. By transforming what's considered waste or unusable, into functional creations, they give a second life to materials that otherwise end up in landfills. I helped them to create a brand identity that conveys what they are and at the same time bring out their personality.

I've created three logo variations to suit different settings and scenarios where it will be used.

The Butterfly Factory 🦋 on Instagram: "I don't think I have talked about Butterfly Factory enough. Yes, you all know what I do. I make handmade books and watercolour illustrations for you people, just how you like it. But that's just the surface story. There's some BTS info that I'd like to share. Nothing so big and stuff, but a few important things. Butterfly factory is something I love indulging in. It's a free space where I create what I love and pass it on to people who's going to love it more than me. And I absolutely love that side of all this. My art will be a part of ones daily life and they'll use it to create more art. That's just so beautiful, you know. To be honest, that is the selfish reason behind Butterfly Factory. Now, TBF is becoming something I can't restrict to my spaceless bedroom. I understand that as I grow, the responsibility I bear is also increasing. And I want to be mindful about my actions. Currently, I can't say that it's 100% sustainable/eco-friendly. That's the truth. but hey, I'm trying. I am looking into the environment impacts I'm making as a business owner and as a human. I have kept this in my head since the start. I upcycle old cloth materials, papers scraps, avoid plastic in packaging, try to cycle to the post office/shops whenever possible etc. It isn't a lot and I'm not saying I'm better than anyone else here. I'm trying though. Gradually, I'll figure out ways to be a sustainable brand. That's a mission I've given myself. Lastly, but most importantly, thank you all for being here with me in this ongoing journey. Especially, @ravanan.jpg for supporting and motivating me whenever I was down and for being my pillar of strength throughout. He also created this superaandi logo design for the butterfly factory. (5⭐) So far it has been really lovely. You all are so nice and kind to me and I don't know what to say rather than I love you. 🌞🤍🐛 #sharebutterflies if you've read till here, Congratulations. You're now eligible to enter the magical land of Narnia."
